Situated in a picturesque seaside village in West Wales, Ty Mawr Farm is home to a pastoral herd of Water Buffaloes, from Italian and Romanian heritage. Simply put, they graze luscious, rich welsh pastures, year-round. After calving, the buffalo are then milked to produce silky smooth, delicious, white milk. The porcelain white milk is then turned into artisanal mozzarella for your enjoyment!
We have had the go ahead! Our silky smooth Water Buffalo Mozzarella is ready for the public. We produce the mozzarella right here, on the farm. Each ball is hand-molded to perfection.
